How do I set up recurring visits for each client? When you add a client, you set their visit frequency — weekly, fortnightly, monthly, or a custom interval. Avro generates the next job on the right date automatically. You can adjust the cadence per client without touching the rest of your schedule.

Can I add seasonal staff without paying more per person? Yes. Pro is $99 a month flat for four or more staff. There is no per-user charge above three. Add seasonal staff for summer without any change to the monthly cost.

How do clients check when their next visit is? Each client has access to a self-serve portal where they can view their upcoming visits, job history, and outstanding invoices — without needing to call or email you.

How does invoicing work for weekly clients? Invoices are generated from completed jobs. When a job is marked done, the invoice is ready to send from the same view. Accounting integrations (Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB) are included at Pro and keep the books reconciled at month end.

Can I track notes per property? Yes. Each client record in the CRM holds property-specific notes — access codes, gate instructions, pet details, surface types — visible to whoever is assigned the job.

Does Avro work on Android? The Android app is available now and covers full scheduling, jobs, and invoicing in the field. iOS is in development and coming soon.
